Join brohers Gareth & Fraser every Sunday afternoon from 5pm here on Tameside Radio, fun for all the family including the cat!

Gareth story began at the ripe old age of 16, answering phones and making tea at Oldham FM whilst having an involvement with all Tameside Radios trial broadcasts.

After leaving college with qualifications in I.T. Gareth went on to gain an Hons. Degree in Media & Radio Production from the University of Manchester.

Gareth has extensive experience in community radio, having trained volunteers, as well as producing and presenting shows at Wythenshawe Fm, All Fm, and of course Tameside Radio.

Gareth has experiences with Radio Aire, Imagine FM, Wave FM, and is currently a producer at Key 103. Not bad for a lad who was born with a stammer who up until the age of 16 could not say his own name.

Fraser started when he was 12, yes that is right, which we reckon makes him the youngest radio presenter in the country. Being Gareths brother means he has been brought up in a radio environment. In fact Fraser started doing radio when he was only 6! He has been playing the drums since he was 8, enjoys acting and has an emerging career as a radio voiceover artist. Phew!! Whatever next? He attends Bluecoats School Oldham
