Man dies in hospital after Oldham fight

A 25 year old man has died after a fight in Oldham.

Shortly before 2.50am on Monday 15th March, police were called to Yorkshire Street, Oldham following reports of men fighting.

25-year-old Andrew Molloy was found by officers with face and head injuries.

He was taken to Hope Hospital where he later died.

A 22-year old man has now been arrested on suspicion of murder.

Yorkshire Street was closed for police investigations but has since re-opened.
